Signz may collect account information such as your name, email address, profile photos, birth date, birth time, birth location, general location, preferences, profile details, messages, and information you provide while using the service. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information authorized by you, such as your email address and profile information.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure your account, calculate astrology placements and compatibility, personalize discovery and daily horoscopes, enable messaging and profile features, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, improve Signz, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We may share information with vendors that help us provide hosting, authentication, identity verification, analytics, email, payments, and other essential services. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for Signz or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Messages and public profiles
Information you add to your public profile may be visible to other members. Messages are shared with their intended recipients. Do not post or send information you do not want others to receive.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update profile information in the app and request account deletion or assistance by contacting us. You can also manage Google account permissions through your Google Account settings.
Children
Signz is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
