You must be at least 18 years old to use Signz. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your account, and all activity under it. Do not impersonate others, create fraudulent profiles, or use another person’s account without permission.
Acceptable use
You may not harass or exploit others, send unlawful or deceptive content, scrape or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use Signz for illegal activity. We may restrict or remove accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks.
Astrology and member interactions
Astrology content, compatibility scores, and horoscopes are provided for entertainment and informational purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice and do not guarantee relationship outcomes. You are responsible for your interactions with other members and should use appropriate caution when communicating or meeting.
Subscriptions
Paid features, prices, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments and refunds are also subject to the terms presented by the applicable payment provider and any mandatory consumer protections.
Intellectual property
Signz and its software, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Signz a limited license to host, display, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Signz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific matches, or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or interactions with members.
Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and continued use after an effective date means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using Signz at any time, and we may suspend access when necessary to enforce these terms or protect the service.
